Do you buy broken devices?
Yes. Broken devices and parts often still have value.
What happens to the data?
All devices are erased following NIST SP 800-88. You receive an erasure certificate per device.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. Just send us your list.
Do you work outside Germany?
Yes, across Europe. We help with shipping and paperwork.
Sales
How do you define the grades?
Grade A: very good condition, barely any signs of use. Grade B: light signs of use. Grade C: clear signs of use, fully functional. Grade D: defective, clearly labelled.
Is there a minimum order?
No, we're flexible. Just get in touch.
Do you also sell to consumers?
Our focus is on businesses and resellers. Feel free to ask.
How do I get the current list?
Write to us and we'll send the current stock list.

Is a framework agreement possible?
Yes. Get in touch and we'll agree on prices and processes.
Do we get certificates for our clients?
Yes, an erasure certificate per device with IMEI or serial number.
What volumes are possible?
From single batches to regular large volumes.

Where is Lukoza based?
In Gronau, Germany, right on the Dutch border. From here we work across Europe.
How does payment work?
For buy-back we pay after you approve the test report. For sales, the terms agreed in the offer apply.
How are devices shipped?
Securely packed and insured, by parcel service or freight, depending on volume.

Send us your list or your requirements. We usually reply within one working day.
